Logistics application privacy

LIGHTZON LLC uses Nordavind Logistic Control for its own Amazon USA activities. This notice concerns the internal catalogue and logistics application. It is separate from the planned advertising workspace and from the book checkout.

Catalogue information

The current catalogue flow covers product references such as SKU, ASIN and title, offer status, stock quantities, processing receipts and audit records. Product records may also include specifications, costs and revisions confirmed by an authorized operator. This flow excludes buyer names, buyer addresses, tax identifiers and Amazon credentials from the web catalogue.

Where the application works

A dedicated Windows VPS communicates with Amazon and keeps protected credentials locally. Vercel hosts the web interface and signed endpoints. Neon stores the catalogue information and application records described above. Hosting providers may process technical request metadata to operate and secure their services.

Access and session information

Catalogue access is reserved for approved users with a personal passkey. Creating a passkey does not by itself grant access to catalogue data. The application records public keys, account identifiers and access events; it does not receive fingerprints, facial recognition data or private passkey keys.

The application notice describes technical session and verification cookies, one-time challenges lasting two minutes and sessions lasting up to eight hours with expiry after fifteen minutes of inactivity. It does not use analytics or externally hosted fonts. Operational logs record a predefined route, method, outcome, duration and random identifier, rather than catalogue contents, tokens or authentication headers.

Present limits and changes

Retention and automatic deletion of operational copies still require completion and verification. This notice does not represent a fixed retention period as already enforced. Additional personal-data flows, collaborator access and exports require their own controls before activation. Missing operational information is not presented as zero sales or zero stock.

The controls described here concern the current application notice and data scope; publication does not certify compliance with every requirement for every Amazon API role. Planned functions remain subject to implementation, permissions and verification.
